CLUBMAN 2
Rev limiter for 4-stroke engines with single and dual ignition coils. The limiter can be set to either "soft" or "hard" operation. When the soft limiter is activated, the limiter begins to cut in 200 RPM increments before the set limit. Adjustment is simple and can be made in 100 RPM increments, independent of any tachometer. It also features an adjustable starting RPM limit, which minimizes wheel slip. This function is activated via a push button, for example, on the handlebars.
Adjustment ranges: 1,000–20,000 RPM (2- and 4-cylinder), 1,000–12,000 RPM (6-cylinder), 1,000–10,000 RPM (8-cylinder)
Not for use with CDI ignitions.
